Reporting
We keep students and parents informed about student progress with written reports and feedback throughout the year.
Reports
A written report is sent home twice a year, usually at the end of Terms 2 and 4 to give you a clear picture of your child’s achievements.
The report shows results as a level of achievement from basic through to outstanding for each subject they are studying. This achievement level is based on a common grade scale is not a comparison of your child to others in the class, it is to help you understand how your child is progressing, identify where your child is going well and indicate areas where your child may need help to develop.
Parent–Teacher Meetings
You will be given a formal opportunity to discuss your child’s progress at a parent-teacher meeting. However, if you have any concerns, don’t wait for a parent-teacher meeting, please make an appointment to discuss these concerns as they arise with the relevant teacher.
Interpreter
If you need an interpreter, ask us to call the Interpreter Service on 13 14 50. This service is free.
