Getting Involved
Parents, caregivers and other members of our local community are always welcome at school. We value your contribution.
By getting involved in school activities, you can get to know staff and other parents and you have a say in what happens, as well as take part in your child’s education.
School Committees
You can help make our school an even better place for children to learn by joining one of our parent committees.
Parents and Citizens’ Association
The Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is a group of parents and members of the school community who are actively involved in making decisions about various school issues and raising funds for the school. Membership of the P & C enables you to be involved in the decision making process and to be more informed of what is happening in the school. It is a great way to meet other parents and to become involved in your child's education. Meetings are held in the evening on the 2nd Monday of the month from 7.30pm - 9.00pm.
School Club
Our School Club is a group of parents and carers who meet on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 9.00am - 11.00am to plan fundraising and other activities. Fundraisers may include Mothers' and Fathers' Day stalls, trivia and movie nights, family photos, fetes and rides nights, entertainment books and shopping nights. Activities may include the Year 6 farewell function, K - 2 picnic, Easter activities, new parents and peer support BBQs.
The P&C and School Club raise funds that help finance improvements to our school and provide additional resources.
